Below is some important performer information.

 

MUSIC
Please email your music at least 24 hrs in advance to: slipperroommusic@gmail.com send us several if you have a few track you want to choose from. If you like you could also dropbox us a folder of all your music so we have it always on file for when you perform.

 

CALL TIME
Please arrive 45 minutes before your show. Below is a more detailed estimated schedule of the shows that might help answer questions.

 

LOAD IN
You may load into the Main Dressing Room or Backstage Hallway unless there is a show in progress (ie: band or burlesque). If there is a show going on, please use the SECOND DRESSING ROOM (enter from balcony, stage left) or one of the spaces outlined below.

SET LISTS
Set lists are created backstage before the show. Logistical factors (such rigging, messy stuff, props), music style, energy level, etc will all be taken into consideration. If you want to collaborate on a set list in advance with your co-performers, you are welcome to organize amongst yourselves.
Everything, as always though, is subject to change.

9:15 Call
10:00 Go-Go #1 (depending on room energy)
10:10 Set 1 Starts

FRI/SAT LATE SHOW:
11:30 Call
12-12:10 Go-Go #1 (usually last performer from earlier set)

WHERE TO GO WHEN YOU ARRIVE
There are several different dressing areas available to you- if you are
doing the Fri/Sat Late Show OR if there is another show in progress,
please wait to enter the Main Dressing Room until the performers have
loaded out completely. Read below for options on where to put your stuff.

 

MAIN DRESSING ROOM
Located stage left, has toilet, mirrors, best lighting. Enter either by
crossing stage (if curtain closed) or from balcony entrance and climb down
ladder (if there is a show is going on). This space is reserved for the
performers in the current show (ie: if a band or show is going on, you
have to go somewhere else).

 

SECOND DRESSING ROOM
Located on second floor, stage left. Has mirrors, low lighting, same
amount of space as Main Dressing Room. Use this area if there is a show
going on.

 

SIDESTAGE HALLWAY
Located behind curtain, stage right. Has hooks, low lighting, aisle must
be kept clear for bar back. Use this area if a show is in progress or for
warming up.

 

ELEVATOR LOBBY
Located at the back of the first floor, stage right, end of the Sidestage
Hallway. Has lots of room, low lighting. This is the handicapped entrance.
Aisle must be clear for fire exit also.
